How should I clean and store my stencils?

Our stencils only need rinsing under warm water to clean. Pat them dry between paper towel or a clean cloth and lat flat to dry. Once dry, store your stencils in a craft box or purchase one of our expandable 8"x8" stencil albums from our shop for safe storage where you can see and have easy access to all the beautiful stencils in your library.

Do you sell my information?

Absolutely not. Our privacy policy is very simple... we will only use your contact information to communicate with you via phone or email regarding your order and your name and address to ship your order. We never sell your information. Ever.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Stencil orders take 2-4 business days to process before they are shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS. First class mail usually takes 2-6 business days. Priority mail  takes 1-3 business days. USPS does not guarantee any of their shipping times and neither do we. International orders may take up to 21 or more days to receive due to customs, etc.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is based on weight. You can add items to your cart and preview shipping costs prior to placing your orer.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. If your order does not arrive please contact your local post office with your tracking number. Stencil Expressions is not responsible for delayed or lost mail once it leaves our possession.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. You can check shipping costs by adding items to your cart. Please note, international shipments may take 2-­5 weeks to be delivered. Stencil Expressions is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments. Tracking is provided when your order is shipped. Any additional postage, duties or custom costs requested by the buyer’s home country is the responsibility of the buyer.

What is your return policy?

We're sorry but for sanitary purposes, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. If your item is received damaged please contact us within 3 business days so that we can replace the item.

What credit / debit cards do you accept?

Stencil Expressions uses Shopify to accept payments. Shopify Payments has one of the safest payment processing in the world and accepts most major debit/credit cards, as well as ApplePay, PayPal and Diners Club. You are not required to create an account. Stencil Expressions never stores, nor do we have access to your payment details.

What if I entered the wrong address, or my package cannot be not delivered?

If you give us the wrong address or your package is not able to be delivered by the USPS it will be returned to our shop. When we receive it, we’ll contact you and ask you to give us a new address. We will not ship it to the same address again. When we reship, you will be required to pay for shipping to your location again.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We offer an additional discount plus free domestic priority shipping or half cost first class international shipping on orders of 25 stencils or more in a single order. Please email Stencil Expressions prior to placing your order.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! One of my favorite ways to create is thru the vision for your own project. Cost for custom orders varies depending on the size, intricacy of the design and other factors. Contact me for information and a quote.
