What is your return policy?

We're sorry but due to the nature of digital downloads we do not offer refunds for any reason on digital designs. Be sure to review your order carefully before completing it.
For sanitary purposes regarding physical item purchases, refunds and exchanges are not allowed. If your item is received damaged please contact us within 2 business days so that we can provide information on obtaining a replacement. We are sorry, but we will not replace items if you contact us in an untimely manner.

I need to cancel my order. How do I do so?

We always strive to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Since we incur non-refundable fees when you place your order, if you choose to cancel an order for a shipped physical product (markers, pto brushes, etc.), you must notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, your order can only be canceled if it has not yet been prepped for shipping or shipped. If we are able to cancel an order, your refund will be the total amount of your payment minus a 12% restock charge to cover those fees we incur when you placed your order.
Please note: Due to the nature of digital items, orders for digital downloads are not refundable for any reason whether you have downloaded them or not. Please ensure you read each description thoroughly before placing your order to avoid ordering an item you did not intend to order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Digital stencil orders are downloadable immediately and pop up on your screen when the checkout process is completed. You will also receive an email with the ordered files attached. Under no circumstances are you to forward, share, sell or in any other way distribute our files that you have purchased. They are for personal use only.
Orders for accessories and physical items for sale in our shop are shipped domestically via USPS. Other shipping carriers are used at our discretion based on size of shipment, cost, etc. First class domestic mail usually takes 4-7+ business days. Priority domestic mail  takes 1-3+ business days. USPS does not guarantee any of their shipping times and neither do we. We will not refund orders lost once they leave our possession. You must contact the USPS or the shipping carrier used for domestic order issues and claims on insured shipments. Shipping cost is flat rate based via USPS Priority domestic or First Class domestic retail rates. Orders are insured to $50 even if the order is for more than that amount. Additional insurance may be purchased by contacting us prior to shipment.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes, all orders are shipped with tracking via USPS or other carrier of our choosing. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. If your order does not arrive, please contact your local post office or the shipping carrier used ASAP!! Stencil Expressions is not responsible for delayed or lost mail once it leaves our possession. You must contact your local post or shipping carrier within 1-2 business days to have the best chance of finding your order (especially if it is marked DELIVERED in their tracking system). If you wait a week or more to contact USPS or shipping carrier it is unlikely they will be able to find your shipment... especially in larger towns and cities.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this time we have suspended international shipping. We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason. We only ship DOMESTICALLY. We do not ship internationally. If you choose to use an international courier/shipping service to circumvent our domestic only shipping policy, there will be no refunds or reships on lost or stolen orders once they leave our shop. Placing your order indicates you understand our policies and agree to all of them. Tracking only shows when it reaches your domestic courier’s address. 

DOMESTIC Priority shipping will generally take 1­ - 3 days plus processing time. The USPS does not guarantee any of their shipping times so neither do we (especially during the holiday season). Please be sure to order early or choose a shipping upgrade to Priority or Priority Express shipping if you have a deadline. You will be provided a tracking number and can track your order once it ships. PLEASE NOTE: We take no responsibility if your order does not reach you in time. We do our very best to accommodate our customers RUSH needs, however, if you need an item by a certain date and USPS has a hiccup, we take no responsibility for your item not being delivered when you expect it and we will not refund any monies in these cases. We take no responsibility for any items lost in transit once they leave our office.
***If your order is not delivered, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier with your tracking number ASAP for assistance in locating your package. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by the USPS.

Do you sell my information?

Absolutely not. Our privacy policy is very simple... we only use your name and address to ship your order. We only use your contact information to communicate with you via phone or email regarding your order or to email you special offers from our shop only. We never sell your information. Ever.

What credit / debit cards do you accept?

Stencil Expressions uses Shopify and PayPal to accept payments. Shopify Payments has one of the safest payment processing in the world and accepts most major debit/credit cards, as well as ApplePay, PayPal and Diners Club. Stencil Expressions never stores, nor do we have access to your payment details.

What if I entered the wrong address, or my package cannot be not delivered?

If you give us the wrong address or your package is not able to be delivered by the USPS or shipping carrier it most likely will be returned to our shop. When we receive it, we’ll contact you and ask you to give us a new address. We will not ship it to the same address again. When we reship, you will be required to pay the shipping costs to your location again. We will invoice you for this cost and your order will not ship until the invoice is paid. If your reship invoice is not paid within 3 business days or you choose not to pay for reshipping your order, we will refund the amount of the order minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

We occasionally offer special discounts. Sign up and watch for our email newsletters for special offers and discounts.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! One of our favorite ways to create is thru the vision for your own project. We do not make any commercially licensed characters or copy other's designs. We create stock designs in-house and from commercial license designs that we contract from designers that we work closely with. Cost for custom orders varies depending on the size, intricacy of the design and other factors. Contact us for information and a quote.
