NYS customers are automatically charged state and local sales tax for items and shipping costs during checkout per NYS Tax Law.

**PLEASE READ: All our stencils are handmade to order, therefore orders may take 1­-3 business days or more to process before being shipped. Please understand that once your order leaves our shop, we have no control over USPS shipping. We only ship DOMESTICALLY. We do not ship internationally. If you choose to use an international courier/shipping service to circumvent our domestic only shipping policy, there will be no refunds or reships on lost, stolen orders once they leave our shop. By placing your order, you as the buyer are assuming all responsibility and liability once the item has shipped. You understand our policies and agree to all of them. Stencil Expressions  is not accountable for any loss or delay in shipping. Any issues or questions with delivery or shipping once it leaves our shop must be directed to your local USPS ASAP or shipping carrier for the best chance of finding your order.

DOMESTIC Priority shipping will generally take 2­ - 3 days plus processing time. The USPS does not guarantee any of their shipping times so neither do we (especially during the holiday season). Please be sure to order early and/or choose a shipping upgrade to Priority or Priority Express shipping if you have a deadline. You will be provided a tracking number and can track your order once it ships. We take no responsibility if your order does not reach you in time. We do our very best to accommodate our customers needs, however, if you need an item by a certain date and USPS has a hiccup, we take no responsibility for your item not being delivered when you expect it and we will not refund any monies in these cases. We take no responsibility for any items lost in transit once they leave our office.
***If your order is not delivered, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier with your tracking number ASAP for assistance in locating your package. We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by the USPS.

Refunds and Exchanges: For sanitary purposes, refunds and exchanges are not allowed on culinary items once they have shipped. *If any item is received damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of receipt to receive instructions for replacement. We will not replace damaged items if we are not contacted within this reasonable amount of time.
